“Hey Stranger” explores the mentally of wanting to believe that something isn’t true and running from it at all costs, but eventually accepting and growing from that reality. Musically its garage rock tone is influenced by alt acts like Pixies and The Flaming Lips to modern bands like Hop Along. The song was engineered and mastered by frequent collaborator Justin Nazario at Sound Splitter Studios.
